Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products once shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Photo proof of the issue must be provided
• Product must remain unused and in original condition

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect use or handling
• Improper storage after delivery
